Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]–” Ephesians 3:20, AMPC.

I want you to know God will do exceeding abundantly above all that you can ask or think. I know this is a scripture we read often, but I wonder how many of us pause to think about the meaning. He says, “above all that you can ask or think.” For some of us, our vision is far too small. We serve a God who will go far above what we have ever hoped, pictured for ourselves, or imagined, but we have to come up higher to see. It’s like a little girl standing on her tiptoes to see the parade, then her father picks her up and sits her on his shoulders. Now, she can see a much better view.

God will show you great and mighty things when you call to Him. He will do exceeding abundantly above all you have asked for or pictured in your mind. Stand on your tiptoes with a great desire to see more of Him in your life, and you will find that your Father will pick you up and give you a better view of His vision for your life, a better view of His nature and character, and a better view of the world around you.
